Structural Fabrication takes many forms and can be very complex. We have fabricated heavy trusses up to 30m long weighing 50t to support high-rise buildings.
Joints in these trusses need to resist exceedingly high loads and a complex arrangement of plates and sections, all fully butt welded, are often included in our scope of work.
All non-destructive examinations together with in house inspection and surveys are undertaken during fabrication and prior to despatch to prove all workmanship and fit up.
