The range of Plate Girders can be from basic carcases to complete fit out and simple fillet welds to full penetration butt welds. Plate thicknesses up to 100mm for webs and flanges are common. Our hydraulic plate girder Jig improves efficiency of production and our profile burners can pre-shape the plates as required.
All non-destructive examinations together with in house inspection and surveys are undertaken during fabrication and prior to despatch to prove all workmanship and fit up.
